Hawaiian Wedding Cake Aka "Dad'S Favorite Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 cup coconut
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cake:
    Using a hand mixer, mix all cake ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, crushed pineapple with juice, coconut, chopped nuts, and cinnamon together well.
    Spray a 13x9 inch pan with nonstick spray.
    Pour cake batter into sprayed pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 35-40 minutes. Time may vary so check cake and remove from oven when it looks done.
    Icing:
    Mix all icing ingredients: cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Spread icing on cake after the cake has cooled.
