Spinach Dip With Green Onions And Green Chiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup mayonnaise (I use low fat)
    1/2 cup sour cream (again, low fat)
    1/2 cup green onions with top, chopped
    1/4 cup parsley (dried is fine)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Thaw the spinach and and wring all moisture out.
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
    Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
