Tater-Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion, small, chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, fresh and sliced
1/2 lb ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons brown gravy mix (Brown Gravy Mix)
1 1/2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
0.5 (24 ounce) bag tater tots
1/2 cup French fried onion rings
Preparation

Preheat oven, 400 deg.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chopped onion, mushrooms and saute for 10 min until soft.
In a 2 quart casserole, line bottom and edges with tater tots. Bake at 400 deg. for 10 minutes.
Add ground beef to skillet with onion and mushrooms and brown. Remove from heat and add drained corn.
Meanwhile in a med. bowl, mix soup, 1 Cup cheese, milk, and spices.
Take casserole out of the oven, add beef, onion, mushroom and corn mixture into the center.
Pour soup mixture over the top of the beef.
Bake covered for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and add the remaining cheese and French fried onions.
Put back into the oven until cheese is melted approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
