Green Beans With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb green beans, trimmed
    1/4 cup water
    2 -3 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped (or use 1/2 teaspoon dried)
    1 tablespoon basil, chopped (or use 1/2 teaspoon dried)
Preparation
    Place beans and water in sauce pan and bring to a boil.
    Cook for 6-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain and return to pan.
    Add remaining ingredients to pan.
    Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
