Kfc Brine Base Dry Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup kosher salt
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorn
1 whole allspice
1/2 tablespoon nitrate (salt peter)
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons Accent seasoning

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Store in ziploc.
