Saucy Sausages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
8 pork and herb sausages
14 ounces chopped tomatoes
1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons English mustard
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 dash Tabasco sauce
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the tomatoes, pepper, tomato paste, mustard, vinegar, tabasco and seasoning.
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the sausages are cooked. Serve.
