Ingredients

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 -2 green chili (more or less depending on taste)
1 dried chili
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
Preparation

Blend all ingredients using an electric blender or by hand using a mortar and pestle.
Serve with yogurt, lahooh, or hulba.
Store in refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for up to several months.
