Reduced Calorie Impossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, softened
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Grease 9 inch pie plate.
Place milk, 2 tsp vanilla, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and Bisquick in blender container.
Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese.
Cover and blend on high 2 minutes.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.
Combine sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tbs sugar.
Spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
