Belarusian Babka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb bacon, cooked
    1 lb potato, finely grated
    2 onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 cup butter
Preparation
    Grate the potatoes if not already grated.
    Melt the bacon to release some of its fat.
    Add the onions and cook in the bacon fat until brown.
    Crack the egg and stir it and all the ingredients except the butter into a baking dish.
    Scatter pieces of butter on top.
    Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot with sour cream and greens.
