Long Grain Rice (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon margarine, melted
    4 cups converted long grain rice, uncooked
    10 cups water
    2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a greased slow cooker and cover.
    Cook on high 2-3 hours or until rice is tender, but not overcooked.
    Stir occasionally.
