Ginger Honey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup honey
1/3 tablespoon dried ginger (1 tablespoon fresh or 1 tablespoon candied with sugar washed off)
Preparation

Place honey in a double boiler with hot water in bottom. Add ginger to honey.
Bring water to a boil, and bring honey to 185\u00b0F and keep at 185\u00b0F for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain while still warm. Place in sterilized jars and cap.
