Pork Chops Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley
    1 pinch garlic
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Cook tenderloins 3-4 minutes on each side.
    Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
    Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to the pan juices.
    Cook until heated through.
    Pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve immediately.
