5-Minute Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb broccoli
    MEDITERRANEAN DRESSING
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 -2 garlic clove, minced
    sea salt and pepper
    Optional
    onion
    feta cheese
    sun-dried tomato
Preparation
    Cut the broccoli florets into quarters and cut the stems into 1/4\" pieces; let sit for 5 minutes to bring out the hidden health benefits.
    Chop or press garlic and let sit for five minutes.
    Fill the bottom of steamer with 2\" of water and bring to a boil.
    Put in broccoli and let steam for 5 minutes; if the stems are cut any larger than 1/4\" you will neet to put them in 1-2 minutes before the florets are added.
    Transfer to a bowl and add the dressing if desired.
    The MEDITERRANEAN DRESSING does not have to be made separately; just add it and toss.
