Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs very fresh large mushrooms, about 18
    3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    8 ounces fresh lump crabmeat, drained
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Preparation
    Remove and chop mushroom stems; set the mushroom caps aside.
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet add the chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic. Saute 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in bread crumbs and next 7 ingredients until mixture is well blended. Gently stir in crabmeat.
    Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly into mushroom caps. Place on rack in a broiler pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
