Hearty Lentil Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces of pardina lentils
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 liters water
1 cup chopped carrot
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon bay leaf
1 pinch cayenne pepper
salt
