Lower Carb Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
    1 cup butter
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    6 ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add mashed bananas then add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375 for 1 hour, makes two loafs.
