Oriental Chicken Salad With Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salad
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
    4 green onions, diced
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    Ginger Dressing
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place lettuce, chicken, green onions, and sesame seeds in a large bowl and toss.
    Combine the vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, ground ginger and salt in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake all ingredients vigorisly until well combined. Pour Dressing over salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve the same day.
