Real Mexican Queso Blanco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
    1 cup asadero cheese, shredded
    4 ounces jalapenos, chopped, -drained
    1/4 cup half-and-half cream
    2 teaspoons cumin, ground
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in a sauce pan and add onions.
    Cook until onions are translucent.
    Warm the cream in a sauce pan over low heat.
    Stir in the grated/shredded cheese and begin stirring.
    As the cheese melts add your peppers and seasonings.
    Keep stirring until all the cheese is melted and creamy.
