Beef Chili With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    2 cups onions, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    28 ounces plum tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    4 teaspoons chili powder
    3 teaspoons dried chipotle powder
    3 teaspoons ground cumin
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat.
    Add tomatoes, green pepper, celery, carrot, chili powder and cumin.
    Simmer, covered for 35 minutes.
