Almond Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, ripe, sliced (freeze the slices first for a creamier shake)
    1 cup almond milk
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Add banana slices, almond milk, and cinnamon in a blender and blend until they reach a milk-shake-like consistency.
    Pour into a glass and serve.
