Thai Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    2 slices ginger, fresh & peeled
    2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 small garlic clove, peeled
    1 cup spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Combine broth, lime juice, ginger, tomato, soy sauce and garlic in small saucepan. Cook over medium to low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir in spinach, carrot and cilantro and return to a simmer and cook just until spinach is wilted. Remove ginger and garlic. Serve immediately.
