Instant Indian Shahi Halwa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g almonds, blanched,peeled and ground in a mixer
400 g condensed milk
2 tablespoons pure ghee
Preparation

Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan.
Add the ground almonds.
Stir until they become lightly browned.
Add the condensed milk.
Stir until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Remove onto a lightly greased serving tray.
Garnish with almonds and serve.
Enjoy!
