Waxie Pecan Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 lb brown sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    6 egg whites
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 cups pecans
    Icing
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup melted margarine
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons water
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Beat egg whites with vanilla until stiff but not dry.
    Mix well with dry ingredients.
    Add pecans.
    Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 325 degress.
    Mix all ingredients for icing and pour over cake.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
