Luby'S Cafeteria Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 extra large eggs
    29 ounces canned pumpkin
    3 cups evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    2 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
    Lightly beat eggs until well blended.
    Add pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour evenly into pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
