Prawn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g raw prawns, shelled and chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped or 2 tablespoons parsley
    1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons if using food processor (cornflour)
    1 tablespoon sherry wine or 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat deep fryer to hot.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    With wet hands, form into small balls.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
