Pumpkin Raisin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup pumpkin
    2 teaspoons orange rind, coarsely grated
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 2/3 cups unbleached flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon clove
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup raisins
    Topping
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    2 teaspoons white sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Whisk together--pumpkin, orange rind and juice.
    Measure dry ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Spoon batter in a 8 x 8 pan.
    Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes then apply topping. Brush butter over top of cake and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
