Tip Top Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 cup keifer buttermilk, low-fat milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    cut shortening into dry ingredients until flour is pea size.
    mix egg and keifer/milk.
    add egg to flour mixture.
    stir until moist- knead on flour board 10 times- roll to 1/2 inch- use your favorite biscuit cutter.
    bake in 450 oven for 10-12 minutes.
