German Pear Relish - cooking recipe

4 quarts pears, seeded and ground
1 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 pint apple cider vinegar
4 onions, large, chopped fine
1 (12 ounce) jar bold and spicy mustard
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon turmeric
4 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons celery seeds
2 bell peppers, green, finely chopped
2 bell peppers, red, finely chopped
Preparation

combine.
cook for 30 minutes.
pack into clean sterile pint jars.
water bath 20 minutes.
