Dutch Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 cup sugar
    3 medium cooking apples, pared, cored and diced
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F Butter a 9 inch pie pan.
    Beat eggs and sugar together until light and frothy. Add apples, flour, baking powder, salt and pecans. Spread in the pan and bake at 350 F until brown and crusty, about 25 minutes. Serve warm, but not hot, with whipped cream.
