Lemon Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups uncooked egg noodles
    2 tablespoons butter
    4 eggs
    2 cups sour cream
    2 cups 4% cottage cheese
    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pan.
    Toss with butter; set aside.
    In a big bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, 3/4 cup sugar, and extracts until well blended.
    Stir in noodles.
    Transfer to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar; sprinkle over noodle mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 55-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160\u00b0.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting; serve warm or cold; refrigerate leftovers.
