So Easy Homemade Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces semisweet chocolate
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    ground nuts or dry coconut powder, toasted
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in microwave on med. power.
    Stir occasionally; set aside.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla, mix well.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Roll into 1 inch balls.
    Roll in nuts or coconut.
    Store in refrigerator.
