Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon cold water
    1 teaspoon oil (or shortening)
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    flour
Preparation
    Beat egg; add cold water, oil and baking powder. Then gradually beat in enough flour to make a really stiff dough. Roll, cut and let dry about 1 hour.
