Copycat Twinkies Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops lemon extract

Preparation

Cream the butter and shortening together; then slowly add the sugars while continuing to beat.
Add the evaporated milk, vanilla and lemon extracts; mix on medium speed until completely smooth and fluffy.
