Good Morning Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon dried sage
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
    1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 pinch ground cloves
    1 lb ground pork
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine the seasonings and sugar.
    Add to pork in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.
    Form into patties.
    Saute the patties over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side.
    NOTE: If you use real lean pork, you made need to add a touch of olive oil.
