Pot Luck Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces whole wheat pasta, corkscrew shape
    2 1/2 black olives, sliced
    1 green pepper, medium, chopped (about 1 cup)
    1 red bell pepper, medium, chopped (about 1 cup)
    3/4 grape tomatoes, halved (about 10 tomatoes)
    1 summer squash, halved lengthwise and sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    1 zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    1 cup peas, thawed
    Dressing
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard or 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients through peas.
    Dressing: Mix together oil, lemon juice, oregano, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Toss salad with dressing.
    Chill 2 hours.
