Salsa Vinagreta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
    2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano (Greek if available)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    let set in fridge 20 min.
    Serve.
    Makes about 2 cups.
