Forgotten Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs stew meat
    2 large onions
    6 -8 potatoes, pared and quartered
    6 large carrots, cut up
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
    3 tablespoons minit tapioca
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place ingredients in medium sized roaster. Mix well. Cover tightly and bake at 300\u00b0F for 4 hours until tender. Serves 6 to 8.
