Peach & Fresh Ginger Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 peaches, peeled and cubed
    2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
