Best Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup oil
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups oatmeal
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl, mix oil, sugars, egg, water and vanilla.
    In a small bowl, mix rest of ingredients.
    Stir dry mixture into wet mixture just until mixed.
    Pour into 9x13-inch pan.
    Bake for about 25 minutes.
