Greek Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    6 ounces tomato paste
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    16 ounces elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions. Drain fat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
    In med. saucepan, combine next 2 ingredients. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over med. heat until mixture thickens (DO NOT BOIL).
    Beat next 3 ingredients. Gradually stir in sauce. Add macaroni. Spoon 1/2 macaroni mixture into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture and top with remaining macaroni.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
