Greta'S Fried Fish With Curry Sauce - Passover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 kg minced fish
    3 onions, sliced
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 tablespoons matzo meal
    2 eggs and 1 egg yolks
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 carrots
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon seafood, spice
    1 cup cold water
    Curry Sauce
    3/4 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup water
    3 bay leaves
    1 tablespoon peppercorn
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons apricot jam
    2 tablespoons curry powder
Preparation
    To make the sauce:.
    Dissolve the curry powder in the water.
    Add all other ingredients and bring to the boil for approximately 10 minutes.
    To make the fried fish:.
    Mince fish, carrots and onion.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Shape into balls and dip into additional matzo meal.
    Fry the fish until golden.
    Place fried fish in serving dish and pour over the sauce.
    Refrigerate until serving.
    Serve at room temperature or cold.
