Easy Baller Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    150 g mozzarella cheese, pearls
    1 avocado
    1 papaya, seeds removed
    1/2 cantaloupe, seeds removed
    1 piece cucumber, salt and pepper to taste (about 20 cm long)
    Dressing
    1 tablespoon finely chopped of fresh mint
    2 tablespoons good vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 lemon, zest of
Preparation
    Do not peel the fruit and vegetables.
    Using a melon baller scoop out sphere shaped pieces of the fruit and vegetables.
    Combine, drizzle with the dressing (oil, mint, lemon juice and zest), season and serve.
