Broiled Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 red snapper fillets
    1/4 cup Roquefort cheese or 1/4 cup blue cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)
Preparation
    Cream Roquefort, butter and sherry.
    Spread on fillets and broil until done or fish flakes easily with a fork.
