Honey Mustard Lime Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, course ground variety
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons oil (use your favorite)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oil in a a blender or food processor.
    Blend until well combined.
    Add oil and blend until completely combined.
    Chill, preferably overnight to blend flavors.
    Serve on your favorite salad.
