Salmon With Spinach, Mushroom And Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 -6 ounce) salmon fillets
    2 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup oregano and sun-dried tomato dressing
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
    Place fillets in bottom of dish.
    In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients to coat well and place over salmon.
    In preheated oven 425, bake 25 - 30 minute or until fish flakes easily with fork.
