Wild Rice Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups wild rice, cooked
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly soft.
    Toss in wild rice and cheese.
    Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
