Chunky Apple-Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 cups dark brown sugar (packed)
    3 large eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3 cups cubed parted tart apples (about 1 lb.)
    1 1/2 cups pecan halves
    1 cup golden raisin
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour 10-inch tube or bundt pan.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together.
    Beat oil, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Stir in dry ingredients. (Batter will be very thick.) Fold in apples, pecans, and raisins. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth top.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1-1/4 hours. Let cool completely in pan. Invert onto platter and cut into wedges.
