Smoky Chipotle Cassoulet (Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 bay leaf
    1 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, rinsed & drained
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 (14 1/4 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
    1 1/2 cups chicken stock
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Cover & cook on low 7-8 hours or in high 4-5 hours.
    Remove bay leaf and garnish with cilantro.
