Mango Tango Salsa - - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed
    1 fresh lime, squeeze the juice
    1 tablespoon red onion, minced
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and miced (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and toss before serving.
    Serve over chicken, meat and fish dishes to add more flavor.
