Basic Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    1 cup grated cheese (the milder, the better, try cheddar, mozzarella)
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Stir in milk slowly.
    When the sauce has thickened, reduce heat and stir in cheese.
    Wonderful on steamed broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or any veggie you want your child to try.
